A: We follow a strict quality control process to make sure each item meets top international quality standards.

A: Yes! Our creative design team can work with you and share ideas to bring your vision to life.
Q: Can you include barcodes if needed?
A: Of course. We can add barcodes to your products if required.
Q: What’s the production time?
A: Production usually takes 30 to 60 days, depending on your order size.
Q: How long do samples take to arrive?
A: Samples are usually shipped within 7 to 10 days.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We’re flexible. Normally, we ask for a 50% advance and the rest before shipping. We also accept CAD and L/C. Terms can be discussed based on your needs.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, RIA, and Letters of Credit (L/C), among others.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We ship by air or sea, based on your preference.
Q: Which courier services do you use?
A: We work with trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Leopard, and TCS.
